Arc Resort, Gold Coast

My stay at the resort was quite disappointing compared to my previous visits. While the location is decent and the managers were friendly, the facilities were lacking and maintenance was poor. I had issues with my booking, dirty amenities, and unclear operational instructions. The price seemed too high for the overall experience, and I certainly left feeling underwhelmed.

My family of seven had a wonderful stay at the resort for three nights. The location is lovely, right by the water, and the pool area was fantastic. Our room did have a slight mix-up as it originally accommodated only six people, but the staff quickly resolved this by providing a rollaway bed, which we appreciated. However, the apartments definitely need some cosmetic updates to match the price point. Overall, it was a comfortable experience with fun amenities like fishing rods available for guests.

I had an amazing time at these apartments! The place offers stunning views right on the waterways, with spacious apartments perfect for a family stay. The managers, Dave and Marlene, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay special. However, there were a few maintenance issues that could use attention, which slightly marred the experience. Overall, it was a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy the coast.
